Welcome to Trip2Rome. Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before booking our services. By making a reservation, you agree to be bound by the following terms.

1. General Provisions

Trip2Rome provides private car hire with driver (NCC – Noleggio con Conducente) and tour services in Rome and across Italy. These terms apply to all bookings made via our website, email, or phone.

2. Booking and Confirmation

  • Reservation: A booking is considered confirmed only when you receive a written confirmation email from Trip2Rome.

  • Accuracy: Customers are responsible for providing correct flight numbers, arrival times, and contact details (including a valid mobile number with international prefix).

3. Pricing and Payments

  • Fixed Rates: Our prices are fixed and include fuel, highway tolls, and taxes (VAT).

  • No Hidden Fees: The price quoted at the time of booking is the final price.

  • Night Surcharge: Please note that services performed between 10:00 PM and 6:00 AM may be subject to a small night surcharge, which will be specified during the booking process.

  • Payment: We accept major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex), PayPal, and Apple Pay.

4. Flight Delays and Waiting Time

  • Monitoring: We monitor flight arrival times in real-time.

  • Complimentary Waiting Time: * Airports: Up to 60 minutes of free waiting time from the moment the flight lands.

    • Train Stations/Hotels: Up to 15 minutes of free waiting time.

  • Extended Delays: If you are delayed by luggage loss or passport control for more than 1 hour, please contact your driver or our customer service immediately. Failure to notify us may result in the driver leaving and the service being marked as a “No-Show.”

5. Cancellation and Refund Policy

  • Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the service are free of charge.

  • Late cancellations or “No-Shows” will be charged at the full amount of the service.

6. Luggage Policy

  • Customers must specify the amount of luggage at the time of booking to ensure the appropriate vehicle is assigned.

  • Trip2Rome reserves the right to refuse transport if the luggage exceeds the vehicle’s capacity and was not correctly declared.

7. Conduct and Safety

  • No Smoking: Smoking is strictly prohibited inside all our vehicles.

  • Child Seats: In compliance with Italian law, child seats are available upon request. Please specify the age of the child during the booking process.

  • Damage: Any damage caused to the vehicle by the passenger will be charged to the customer.

8. Limitation of Liability

Trip2Rome shall not be held responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, such as extreme weather, traffic accidents, road closures, or strikes. We will, however, do our best to provide an alternative solution to ensure you reach your destination.

9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Italy. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Court of Rome.
