How long does the transfer take from Rome to Positano/Amalfi?
The direct transfer usually takes about **2.5 to 3 hours**, depending on traffic conditions and your exact drop-off location on the coast. If you choose to add the 2-hour stop in Pompeii, the total journey will be approximately 6 hours.
Is the price per person or per vehicle?
The price is **per vehicle**, not per person. You are booking a private transfer reserved exclusively for your party. The price includes all taxes, fuel, highway tolls, and parking fees. There are no hidden costs.
Can you pick us up directly from the cruise ship in Civitavecchia?
Yes! We have special permits to enter the port area. Your driver will wait for you **pier-side**, right outside your cruise ship exit, holding a sign with your name. You won't need to walk to the port exit or take a shuttle bus.
What if my flight or ship is delayed?
We monitor all flights and ship arrivals in real-time. If your arrival is delayed, your driver will adjust the pickup time automatically. We include up to 60 minutes of complimentary waiting time for airport pickups.
Do we need to pay in advance?
To secure your booking, we generally do not require a deposit for standard transfers. You can pay the full amount directly to the driver at the end of the service in **Cash (Euros)** or by **Credit Card** (Visa/Mastercard). Please let us know your preferred payment method when booking.
