Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs) Everything you need to know for a smooth transfer in Rome.

1. Which areas and airports do you cover?

We provide professional transfers to and from all airports (Fiumicino FCO and Ciampino CIA), ports (Civitavecchia), and train stations in Rome and Central Italy. We also offer long-distance transfers and private tours to other major Italian cities.

2. What are your operating hours?

Our reservation service is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. You can book your transfer at any time through our website.

3. Are the transfers private?

Yes, all our services are 100% private. You will not share the vehicle with strangers. We use luxury Sedans (up to 4 passengers) and spacious Minivans (up to 8 passengers), all fully air-conditioned and with ample luggage space.

4. Is smoking allowed in the vehicles?

No. To ensure the comfort and health of all our guests, we strictly enforce a no-smoking policy inside all our vehicles.

5. How far in advance should I book?

We accept bookings up to 12 hours before the service. However, we highly recommend booking as early as possible to guarantee availability, especially during high season.

6. What if I cannot find my driver at the airport?
