  • Free Cancellation: No fees will be charged for bookings canceled at least 24 hours* before your scheduled transfer time.

  • Late Cancellations & No-Shows: Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice, or missed appointments (no-shows), will incur a charge for the full service amount.

We monitor all flights in real-time. If your flight is delayed, do not worry: your transfer is still guaranteed.

  • No Extra Charges: We do not charge for waiting time due to flight delays.

  • Your Driver Will Be There: We will automatically adjust your pick-up time based on the actual arrival of your flight.
